I love Korean food. That doesn't mean, however, that I don't miss a lot of American food. Breakfast food especially is one thing that is hard to come by here.
Fear not! There are a few places that do breakfast if you don't feel like cooking at the place you're staying.
Recently, a friend and I have fallen in love with Travel Maker, a breakfast cafe in Hongdae. They have all the things you're craving: breakfast sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs (there are no other choices for eggs), waffles, pancakes, etc.
For me, the pancakes lacked that Denny's, Perkins, or Ember's taste, but the waffle was delightful. I was also wishing that they had sriracha, but I did find some Tapatio hot sauce that was great. The orange juice tasted fresh and they gave a pretty good amount.

My friend and I are making Travel Maker a weekly habit. Of course, there are better places in America, but this is pretty dang close!
